Nothing Agent ($NAGNT)

We initially intended to write a complex, multi-layered ElizaOS integration here for auto-sniping, mempool analysis, and high-frequency chaotic trading. However, halfway through setting up the environment variables, we realized that doing absolutely nothing is mathematically more efficient and burns fewer calories.
